Only 30 countries in the world have birthright citizenship (jus soli). Every other of the 165 countries in the world have their citizenship determined through their parents' citizenship, not where they are born (jus sanguinis).

Whether or not birthright citizenship actually exists under the 14th Amendment, as has been traditionally applied will ultimately be determined by the US Supreme Court. SCOTUS just may overturn Wong Kim Ark, just like they did Roe vs. Wade.
Whatever their determination, THAT will be the law of the land.
