- Welcome to Pearl's home cafe~ today's menu item is refreshing iced mocha made with homemade chocolate syrup! Of course you can use store bought chocolate syrup but I personally like homemade since I can adjust the sugar levels~

10g unsweetened cocoa powder
35g water
10g sugar (adjust to your preference)
Coffee:
- 8g coffee beans
- 45g water

Hi! I have a quick question, for the coffee beans how many g would it be for the ones that are already mixed ( bought ones ). The same amount? Anyway, this is really a amazing!
Mixed as in grinded? If yes the same grams as the weight will remain the same bean or grounded ☺️

Hi I’m always very curious what is it like living in japan? It’s my dream to go there on vacation and maybe live there someday
I don't live in Japan but it's one of my favourite countries to travel to! I love the food, culture, atmosphere, people, and I don't know I just love it haha. I took Japanese lessons before (forgot most ahhaha) but I think the hardest part is the language barrier sometimes?

Eee I tried it. It was amazing, just the problem was my chocolate syrup didn't turn as thick as yours, it might be because I didn't measure anything and just estimated and added the ingredients 💀 lmao-but it still tasted amazing(◡ ω ◡)
