The zante 2 breathe is my favorite shoe off all time, and I still wear it to this day. I think I have owned around 10 pair of them, and I can still find a pair online ( even though they are discontinued). The midsole of the 3s were very hard. Although, the upper was well constructed.... I don't know. The 2s had that great balance of cushioning and snap that made it feel like a natural running shoe. All in all, the zante is truly a hybrid shoe that can tackle all workouts, and be used for every level of racing on the road. The only other shoe that can do that is the zoom elite 9, in my opinion.
I have the 2's. I love them, but I have the exact same issue with the outsole. I was hoping this version can fix that. Perhaps a strip of harder rubber could do the job. I guess I'll have to wait. Great review!
I've been recommended to use the Kinvara 9s for a marathon, but I was a fan of the Zante v3s for many of the half marathons I ran. Are the v4s cushioned enough to go up to a marathon, or do they max at the half?
I loved the 2's, I owned several pair of them. Then I hated the the 3's, they felt long and narrow. I know you said the 4 is better, but do you like them as much as the 2's? Keep up the great videos!
Believe in the Run Nice - thank you. I used to wear NB when they sold wide in Hong Kong. May give this a go just in a larger size which is what I do for my Saucony and Mizuno shoes. You got me into the Fastwitch which I really like for speedwork. Follow up question - I'm debating what to wear for my March marathon - Kinvara or Mizuno Hitogami. Thoughts on either of those two for that distance or give this thing a go?

Zante v4 or Roadhawk? Which is best or your preference?
How do these compare to the Adidas Boston Boost?
Firmer, less cushion, but lighter
Which is better zante v4 vs fresh foam lazr? Please i need the answer asap
Zante 4

David Vinge I have run a marathon in the zante, you would be fine. I have also done a marathon in the Kinvara. Either shoe will work.
If I got around 800 miles in the zante 3s (should of hung them up closer to 650-700), how much do u think I can get out of the zante 4s?
The same.
Believe in the Run ok, thanks
I still run with the original zante still feels amazing but y’all know cushioning gets bad now
Do you like the zante over the 1400 v6
The Zante has a little more underfoot, a more well rounded trainer. The 1400 v6 would be limited to speed work and race days for me.
Believe in the Run when you say trainer you mean tempos or do you mean easy run too
"trainer" is just a way to switch up from having to say running shoe all the time.
Believe in the Run ok so it can be used for easy runs and tempo. And you would use the 1400 for speed and races right
Yep, but the Zante is nice for 13.1 and above races.
That shirt is awesome!!
It is from 361° 🙏
I want that shirt!!
Luiz Claudio Vieira contact 361° it’s one of theirs.

The 2 is still pretty high up there. Maybe go with a wider width, and you will like the Zante 4 as much as the 2.
Kinvara equivalent?
Definitely in the same category.

That’s going back awhile. Great shoe!
I
like the Kinvara 8 over the Mizuno.
Believe in the Run Thank you, sir. Love the channel. Keep doing what you're doing. It's a real service and much appreciated.
i use to wear new balance. doctor makes me wear brooks. TOO EXPENSIVE
John Schroeder well brand shouldn't matter, it all depends on what type of shoe. If you want a NB try on eof their more maximalists shoes
John Schroeder brooks launch is an excellent shoe and is $100 new. Try it out
