  • Hello, today is a spring seasonal vegetable, 'Omnamul'.
    Here is a recipe that is very easy to eat.
    * Ingredients: Oak greens (150g, a handful in moderation)
    * Seasoning: soy sauce (1T), vinegar (1T), plum extract (1T), sesame oil (1T), red pepper powder (1T), sesame seeds (1T)
    1. Cut the washed oak greens into bite-size pieces.
    2. Put the green vegetables in a bowl, add seasoning, and mix.
    3. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds to complete.
    - There is no need to add garlic because oak leaves have a strong flavor.
