Love this mandoline - great presentation. I would love to have a chart [do you have one] that shows machine settings for different types of cuts/different vegetables. Also, how should the vegetable be held/positioned in the holder. I think it makes a difference. Thank you~~
I just got one and it's too much effort in the slicing. I think mine is defective. It should be effortless like this guy is doing. I did some eggplant then a sweet potato then a potato and I had to put my back into it. It's going back. I'll give it one more try.
