The Parting Glass

"The Parting Glass" is a Scottish traditional song, often sung at the end of a gathering of friends. We sang this song for the second time during "Gluren bij de Buren" the 2022 edition (translation: "Peeking at the Neighbours") at a lovely home in Breda. "Gluren bij de Buren" is a festival where people open up their homes to certain acts, for instance theatre, culture or music acts.
It was a lovely sunny day again and it was extra special, because we were pregnant of our first child here (Abigail, who was born 26-01-2023).
