However I need clarity on the following point: For a student passing INTERMEDIATE group 1 in November 2023 under old scheme, he/she shall be giving exams under new scheme in May 2024; so he/she has to appear for Costing paper once again, as previously under (now) old scheme, the costing paper existed in Group 1 and now under new scheme, the costing paper has moved to Group 2. So my question is whether the student will be granted an exemption in the new Group 2 costing paper if he or she has passed the old Group 1 in Intermediate level. Thank you.

For a student done with intermediate exam, articleship training along with the classes of gmcs and Itt, under the old scheme, when should the Self paced modules be taken? Is it before appearing for finals in new scheme or after clearing the CA final exam? Secondly which sets under self paced modules are compulsory to be taken? All 4 or just the first 2 sets A and B. Is relaxation for students given with articleship and intermediate exam completed under old scheme?
Actually i have completed intermediate in old scheme with 8 papers and doing 3 months of practical traing under the old scheme. My first final attempt will be due in may 2024 under the new scheme. I have not taken final registration under old scheme means i will register myself under the new scheme. sir i have cleared ipcc in 2021 under old scheme(7 papers) and later got the final registration done in 2022, what will be the criteria for spom? whether i have to appear it before exam or after my exams, if i appear in nov24? Which of the set amongst 4 will be exempted?
You have to only prepare set A and B. Also please check ICAI FAQ once.

As per the existing scheme I am eligible for appearing CA FINAL in November 2024
So when can I appear in CA FINAL as per New Scheme

For a student done with intermediate exam, articleship training along with the classes of gmcs and Itt, under the old scheme, when should the Self paced modules be taken? Is it before appearing for finals in new scheme or after clearing the CA final exam?
Secondly which sets under self paced modules are compulsory to be taken? All 4 or just the first 2 sets A and B. Is relaxation for students given with articleship and intermediate exam completed under old scheme?
Exemption depends on whether your exam is due under old scheme or not in Nov 23. More clarity on this is required from Institute

Actually i have completed intermediate in old scheme with 8 papers and doing 3 months of practical traing under the old scheme.
My first final attempt will be due in may 2024 under the new scheme.
I have not taken final registration under old scheme means i will register myself under the new scheme.
Whether i need to complete all the self paced modules or any relaxation give to new scheme students whose final due in may 2024
