about your trip to Paris, make sure you visit the Montmartre district in the 18th arrondissement!! it was my favorite place when I visited, with the bestt views and vibes (there are often people busking on the steps of the Sacre Coeur in the evening, and it's just😍)

About the video quality: another plus point to consider (and something that we as people don't think about enough yet in general) is that the video will use up less data and thus it saves energy consumption in lower quality :) new subscriber here btw, absolutely love your videos! They're amazing ✨

My July 4th was amazing! I went on a cruise over the 4th to Cozumel Mexico. It was perfect weather, which is crazy, because of the hurricane. Haha, I went to Paris when I was in HS, and we unknowingly went to a nude beach 😂 we were allowed to wear swimsuits, but maybe they changed it, that was several years ago. Btw, I don’t like pork chops either!! Lol. This was amazing, I love visuals and always get tingles, but getting tingles when you have a sunburn…. Ouch! You’re amazing as always! ❤

Hey Patty! Could you make a vid about your training routine for a triathlon? I've completed 2 half marathons over the past 2 years, signed up for a full marathon in the fall and my brother is trying to convince me to do a triathlon in the fall of 2025. Just curious if you have any tips for training, gear and length of training.
