if the fire feature is working can you tinker with an ecosystem that rebounds after a fire or even requires fire? I think I saw in the devlog video that you can make certain plant seeds need fire to open and disperse
Make a really hot planet ( with volcanos, high temperatures all year round and the highest chance for wildfires you can get ) and see how much time it takes to get fire proof bark and or other fire mutations

My channel has grown significantly since I started playing the Sapling, but for the most part I used to play super old games, which are SO full of glitches, haha!

The "big head" isnt a head, its for the animals the feed on liquid ( sap, nectar and blood) to carry more food

Make a macro algae, a very simple fish, put them on a default planet and see how they evolve for a IRL week
This would be fun, but the game takes up a LOT of processing power! The timeskip is way more practical than leaving it for an irl week, haha!

red blobs= planktons, meaning its a filter feeder
green blobs=sap, trees without the barks
sap can come from all trees, the sap icon is a green blob with white liquid (sap) dripping out.
In the developer's word it is a cladogram
