You should watch one of the edits of her and Damon´s friendship. In the original books from the early 90´s, Damon falls for her hard (he is btw. a much darker and more tormented character in those) and there is a strong element of attraction between the two on this show. Elena even notices and at one point acts almost a bit jalous. Ian Somerhalder later, after the show ended, that he did actually wish for the characters to get together, but the character of Damon was too loyal to Elena, which is pretty much the arch of the original books as-well.
She has a Netflix movie coming out with Tom Hopper (Luther) from Umbrella Academy. Thought I would give you a head's up about it, in case you didn't know. 😀
Wow! I got the chills from that. I don’t think it’s a spoiler to say that this video honored Bonnie more than the series / producers did. 💜 Oh yeah the CW looks lol. I probably already said this, but it’s a testament to the fact that I was able to get invested in the stories and characters *in spite* of their good looks lol. A lot of CW actors look so generically and ridiculously good looking, it takes me out of the narrative. But this cast did a pretty good job and managed to draw me in. XD
