Awesome! I was wondering if you would have stripped down to the 4 piece that was left set up in the studio after they finished recording. Then I click and, yes! This was just amazing.
@@mikeydfas9 Actually during the S&A sessions, Neil’s kit was gone, all that was left was a small DW 5 piece kit. So, he jammed with Geddy and Alex, and recorded this song on a little 5 piece.

This shows that you don’t need a huge kit to get monster sound
Definitely! I had to play it the way that Neil played it. Thanks for watching!
@@SterlingPatrickFuentes você é o cara Mr. Fuentes
@@SterlingPatrickFuentes kudos to you that the small details matter to you. So appropriate that you stripped your kit down to match the song.
"If you can't groove with a 4 piece drum set then you're probably not a good drummer." I dunno where I first heard that but it makes sense.
Damn right, just like the man, stripped down kit.
Def my favorite jam song to play on Bass
OK, just asked for this on the last post...well done sir
I never seen you play your drum set like this
Neil never needed that much for this song.

Fuck Yeah!!!
Nailed it !! (Neil'd it)
Wait why did you remove your other toms?
If you can find the album documentary The Game of Snakes & Arrows, you'll see Neil playing on a small kit!
Weird seeing you play such a small kit
Now cover the drum solo lol
