    Are they true to size?

      I bought true to size(9) and it was a little big, then I bought a half size down (8.5) and that seem to fit better personally for me. I like to wear my spikes tight like socks

    can you use these for 100m? i am a 12yr old and i run 13.04 sec

      There are other ones made for sprinters called “MaxFly’s” that have better support for faster acceleration

    That shoes will be okay for 100 200 300 400 meters sprint?

      They have an spike that’s just like this one from Nike called maxfly’s and they are made for sprinters

    how many miles would you say they last for

      I don’t know personally how many miles but it lasted me 4 indoor track races and a whole outdoor track season till I retired them
