It's nice seeing people trying to bring back Slender Man to a new audience, I hope they make something like they did with Arrival from back in the day. Love the vid! ^.^
You're instantly getting a sub from me. I don't know how you did it, but you managed to sneak on my algorithm like the many other awesome horror gameplay commentary youtubers such as ManlyBadassHero, The Librarian, etc. Your mic quality, commentary, and just general vibe gives off an energy like those others where I feel if I see future videos from you, I'm going to be glad not to just see the game, but to see your inquisitive and immersed perspective on such games. Even when you had issues with the game, it was as if you were still trying to give it a fair shake.
I definitely want to give the indie games a fair go, especially when they take their own personal time to develop a game for us. Thank you for the kind words too! It really means a lot 🥲
You should definitely try the original Slender: The Eight Pages. What it lacks in graphics it makes up for in atmosphere and sheer tension, and it's also quite a bit more difficult than this one. There were also a bunch of similar fanmade games set in different locations you could try if you can find them.
Dude that's a great idea! I need to have a slender man fest. Especially for someone who has never played Slender man. I was going to play The Arrival this week. Maybe I should start from where it all began?
@@AkaSockey Yeah for sure. It was the same guy that made The Eight Pages and Arrival. The others I was thinking of are a spinoff series called Slenderman's Shadow. Markiplier's Slender playlist shows them all and a few other similar spinoff games.
I have a feeling he will come back. Pixel mentioned in the comments that the arrival is getting a sequel. Which is awesome. Man I feel embarrassed that I only played the original one today. I freaking loved it too. For a game that came out in 2012, its amazing.
@@AkaSockey I totally agree. Even if the game does not receive significant attention, it will still indicate that Slenderman is not completely forgotten.
I remember back when slender man first came out, it didn't impress me that much due to him not having a face but I then downloaded slendytubbies and I shat my pants :')
You should try The Arrival again; it got a remake last Halloween with new content with more to be released later this year. It's also getting a sequel called S: The Lost Chapters.
Hey man! I clicked in this video and was shocked it didn't have thousands of views. Usually when this happens I click off the video stop myself from wasting my time. But your video was so much better than I could ever have expected and you immediately gained a follow, keep up the great work! You're gonna go far 🤍

@@Supreme_Court. You legend! I'll defiantly check out the playlist and plan something 😁
It is nice to see a new Slenderman game, although I still wish that Slenderman’s popularity came back.
