To put that black sticker on that white board use some soapy water/colin type spray on the white board and then apply. There won't be any bubbles. Then use a flat object to press the sticker evenly (inch by inch) to remove the additional water under the black sticker. Leave it for 4-5 hours. Then It will be good to use.
