I actually like making pizza with biscuit dough sometimes, and I really don't have measurements for the seasonings I use I just eyeball it, and it turns out right almost everytime, but I just add a few shakes of salt, and if any of you want to make it here's how I make it. Also this is a good way to make pizza with things most people have at home. I start by cooking my Italian sausage it does matter how much, or if you want to use it at all. You can use anything like regular pizza dou gh pizza, but I cook my Italian sausage, and smashed it into bits like they did in the video. Then I cook the bits untill they are completely cooks, and have a bit of a brown crust on it. I drain the pan of oil then take out the Italian sausage, and whatever is at the bottom of the pan meaning left over oil I keep for added flavor to the sauce. You can use any tomato sauce of your choosing I usually use prego tomato sauce, but you can use ragu, brandless, or homemade it doesn't matter just any sauce you prefer. Then I let it heat up a bit on a very low heat, and add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and a few shakes of salt and once it's heated I prepare my biscuit dough by putting flour on my hands, and flattening it, and stretching it a bit, but first I butter what ever I am going to be cooking it in, or on, and I keep repeating the process using two biscuits at a time, and then putting it on top of the first two biscuits, and then I roll it out, by putting flour on a rolling pin, and if you have no rolling pin you can use a circular cup, and flour that, and roll the dough out while keeping it's circular shape, and keep adding every biscuit that I previously floured, flattened, and stretched. Once i'm done stretching it out to the size of my oven, but if you have a unreasonably sized oven just stretch it out untill it can be pulled apart easily by more stretching. Next I just assemble the pizza like normal the sauce I seasoned then half of the sausage goes on the pizza evenly spread out then the cheese of your choosing I usually use Mexican shredded cheese, or mozzarella then I add the rest of the sausage evenly spread cook it untill the biscuit is a nice golden brown on the bottom, and the cheese has a bit of browning ontop. Next pull it out let it sit for about 2 minutes, and cut it then serve the slices how ever you see fit. If anyone tries this tell me how you like it. 🤷🏾♂️
