You say they don't have much difference apart from the battery but a huge difference is the Pavobulb supports DMX, for people who don't want to get locked into an app ecosystem lights without DMX support aren't even worth considering. If you get a USB-C extension cord with the right type of 90 degree end you can hide the power/DMX connection with minimal work. For my use case a built in battery is a massive negative but that will change depending on your needs.
