Police deliberately exaggerate facial features explained to them when making the sketch. This is to make it more memorable. I’d recommend watching yt vids on some of the more creepy police sketches.

These lights are actually result of ionization of methane found in swamps and bogs. Lately it had been found that several gases like phosphine, diphosphane and methane are produced out of decaying matter. These gases upon coming in touch with Oxygen oxidize. The reason for flickering light lies within the concept of ionization when molecules of those gases start to emit packets of lights referred to as photons. Why these lights have many colors is because different gases emit photons of various wavelengths. Bengal is rich in pisciculture and fisheries, so in the village of Bengal, there exists many fishermen and the story has been circulated by them as they had faced all these in the midnight while they were fishing. These is a natural phenomenon which is also known as Will-o-the-wisp. So the first mystery has been solved by now!!!

The Rebecca one made me so mad because who in their right mind would think that was unaliving themselves. That was so obviously a revenge killing and I can't believe the family had to fight that hard to prove it.
It was one thing if she killed the child with her bare hands but that’s not even what happened. This was just a pure case of someone putting the blame on another person as a way of getting closure in a situation. She was blamed and murdered for that child’s death!
I remember watching a true crime show a couple years ago and they had an episode about Rebecca Zahou. There is no way that someone would tie themselves up like that to off themself. Plus the fact that she was nude and on the outside of the balcony means that it was a means of public humiliation, which is something that someone else would have thought of.
There is technically a way you could tie your hands up. I watched it in one of MrBallen’s videos. It was a suicidal man with schizophrenia, he tried multiples times to kill himself but failed. He would handcuff himself and try to hang himself. One day he handcuffed himself and ended up dying on a tree. It isn’t actually impossible to tie your hands up but your feet and nude? That seems pretty suspicious
It was more that her husband and his parents along with the brother all seemed to have come to an agreement in the most part that she needed to pay for the boy dying which she had nothing to do with and could not have prevented without some sort of clairvoyance. The other disgusting thing is that if it wasn’t for her families persistence and own detective work they never would have the suicide part of the case ruled out and the 5 million in damages also seems like hush money that could have mostly come from the rich families pocket and they never pursued the obvious suspect of Adam in a criminal court. Very heartbreaking as it’s likely she was abandoned and alone on the final night of her life left with the uncle of the boy she was accused of killing and she no doubt felt responsible anyway and tormented herself in some way about it. Though that would not have deterred Adam. They don’t mention the boyfriend, or grandmother of the boy heading back to the house but I wouldn’t be shocked if they went back just as Adam was throwing her off the balcony, who knows if she was still alive at that point knowing she was nude and on display in front of the man who should have defended her and his mother neither batting an eye or raising a finger to help. Not sure why Adam cut her down before authorities arrived, maybe to make it harder to prove cause of death but I doubt it. Probably he wanted to torment her body further even though she was already dead. It’s really a case that you need to hear more of the whole story can’t remember if I heard it here or on That Chapter or a random documentary RUclips channel. Still just disgusting, don’t marry any rich ppl they have the means to get away with crap like this.

@@ninetailedfox579121 Exactly! I have had a 6-year-old with my supervision start to fall down a flight of stairs only saved because I was there to catch him as he started to tumble. He did get a little hurt but not nearly what it would have been had I not been there. I am unsure how the kid fell but if it was due to leaving the child unsupervised then yeah she definitely was responsible accidents happen but leaving a 6-year-old unsupervised around dangerous areas makes you 100% responsible. I didn't think he fell off the balcony I thought he fell down the stairs although I haven't looked into it and if he did fall off a balcony then yes she would be 100000% responsible. I'm not justifying her murder but I am saying if she wasn't murdered and her negligence lead to the child's death then yes she should have spent a long time in prison.

Zeb's story seems really fishy. His friend calling into work for him leads me to believe he at least knew about the death, if not had a hand in it. If the old boyfriend knew the details of Zeb's death why wasn't that revealed during the plea bargain?

I grew up in Ibadan so that story was terrifying to hear. You’re also right about Nigerian police, they’re corrupt and useless. I’ve had my family stalked, robbed twice in the same month, my sister and I were abused by caretakers, and when you call the police, they don’t do a god damn thing. Sometimes I miss Nigeria, mostly bc of nostalgia and the food was amazing, but it’s not safe there.

There are highly flammable gas which react with each other (as soon as the phosphine reacts with oxygen, it ignites) and creat orbs of light. Other scientific explaination: people have suggested that chemiluminescence-chemical reactions accompanied by light but not heat-might give rise to the apparent flames.
Those ghost lights seem similar to Will-o'-the-wisps (also go by Jack O'Lanterns). I believe they have been explained; Wikipedia stated, "Modern science explains the light aspect as natural phenomena such as bioluminescence or chemiluminescence, caused by the oxidation of phosphine (PH3), diphosphane (P2H4) and methane (CH4) produced by organic decay."

I went to San Diego a few years back to see the famous Del Coronado hotel. My partner and I ended up parking on a street nearby overlooking the beach. When we got out, I noticed this beautiful home. There was something familiar about it. I stared at it for a few minutes trying to figure out why I knew the place. In my gut, I knew I’d seen it somewhere before and then it clicked. It was the house where Rebecca “killed herself”. One of those weird random occurrences in life. It seriously made my blood run cold knowing what occurred there.

@@ninetailedfox579121 Exactly! I have had a 6-year-old with my supervision start to fall down a flight of stairs only saved because I was there to catch him as he started to tumble. He did get a little hurt but not nearly what it would have been had I not been there. I am unsure how the kid fell but if it was due to leaving the child unsupervised then yeah she definitely was responsible accidents happen but leaving a 6-year-old unsupervised around dangerous areas makes you 100% responsible.
I didn't think he fell off the balcony I thought he fell down the stairs although I haven't looked into it and if he did fall off a balcony then yes she would be 100000% responsible. I'm not justifying her murder but I am saying if she wasn't murdered and her negligence lead to the child's death then yes she should have spent a long time in prison.

I don't want something to happen to me while I'm traveling for my job and disappear without anyone knowing what happened to me. I even had nightmares about it.

I grew up in Ibadan so that story was terrifying to hear. You’re also right about Nigerian police, they’re corrupt and useless. I’ve had my family stalked, robbed twice in the same month, my sister and I were abused by caretakers, and when you call the police, they don’t do a god damn thing. Sometimes I miss Nigeria, mostly bc of nostalgia and the food was amazing, but it’s not safe there.

Those ghost lights seem similar to Will-o'-the-wisps (also go by Jack O'Lanterns). I believe they have been explained; Wikipedia stated, "Modern science explains the light aspect as natural phenomena such as bioluminescence or chemiluminescence, caused by the oxidation of phosphine (PH3), diphosphane (P2H4) and methane (CH4) produced by organic decay."

I went to San Diego a few years back to see the famous Del Coronado hotel. My partner and I ended up parking on a street nearby overlooking the beach. When we got out, I noticed this beautiful home. There was something familiar about it. I stared at it for a few minutes trying to figure out why I knew the place. In my gut, I knew I’d seen it somewhere before and then it clicked. It was the house where Rebecca “killed herself”. One of those weird random occurrences in life. It seriously made my blood run cold knowing what occurred there.
