Aw, that makes me sad ("It's sweepin' time!") I ran like the wind, and heard the Principal call As I dashed through the doorway "No running in the halls" His finger was pointed, his expression quite stern "Detention for you", he said "When will you learn?" The timer ticked down The smacking drew near Two seconds more before Baldi'd be here Out of time in Baldi's Basics And Baldi's one step behind me Only missing one more notebook But sweeping time appeared (gotta sweep, sweep, sweep) No way out of Baldi's Basics And Baldi's certain to find me Can't escape, or use the soda And there ain't no notebook here WHERE IS THE SEVENTH NOTEBOOK?!
Out here on my own, collecting wooden sticks I've got a hunch I'll need a bunch, like maybe five or six Every stick I find will slow me down some more It's bold but it'll boost my score A compass could be nice, I'd settle for a map But all I've got's a foot that's caught in one of Baldi's traps! ("I want all those sticks!") I thought I'd try to run Instead, he took them all but one Now the fire is slowly dying and I feel like I might follow suit Out of breath but I can't stop trying 'cause I gotta sweep in pursuit!
