    I think the stiff leg deadlift is most ignored excr by gymgoers and also understood that squat excr covers all, but thanks Gaurav you have beautifully explained the correct technique of SLDL and its required ROM which is essential to understand to avoid involving other body parts. One of the best SLDL tutorial on youtube

    I had been struggling a bit to do this exercise properly. Every time I did the gym instructor will come from nowhere and ask me to keep my back straight and try to pull with chest. But after seeing this vedio I am better knowledgeable on the correct form. many thanks for sharing such great tips.

      Eddy GR no Romanian deadlift has a little leg drive during concentric motion (towards up)and bar is closer to the body than stiff legged deadlift

    I'll try this tomorrow today trained legs but skipped hamstring part so tomorrow is my rest still gonna train abs and stiffed leg hamstring show some more result getting hamstring videos and your collar video where most of the people make mistake including me so it would be a great thing if you'll do that and he'll yeah this video was so awesome and so easy to understand that I'm feeling like I'm a pro of lifting stiffed leg hamstring good going keep it up and thanks for such outstanding videos 💪💪💪💪📛📛📛📛

    Sir Whatever u showing in each and every vedio the content is fab but I highly recommend if u demonstrating a exercise atelast show one whole set. U are showing two reps we couldn't get much idea. Hope u take this into consideration.✅🎥💪🏻💪🏻👌

      Anshul ve full body routines are the best, the reason is for natural lifters muscle protein synthesis last for only 48 hours so it makes Sense to hit every body part 3 times a day. So focus on low volume full body workouts and focus on as much compond lifts as possible.

    Bhai jitna bhi try karlun... baar baar kamar pe zoor aa raha hai. The movement is getting transferred to the kamar. Only when I am letting the knee bend... then it is coming on the glutes and then it feel essentially like a squat
