I had been struggling a bit to do this exercise properly. Every time I did the gym instructor will come from nowhere and ask me to keep my back straight and try to pull with chest. But after seeing this vedio I am better knowledgeable on the correct form. many thanks for sharing such great tips.

Anshul ve full body routines are the best, the reason is for natural lifters muscle protein synthesis last for only 48 hours so it makes Sense to hit every body part 3 times a day. So focus on low volume full body workouts and focus on as much compond lifts as possible.
Bhai jitna bhi try karlun... baar baar kamar pe zoor aa raha hai. The movement is getting transferred to the kamar. Only when I am letting the knee bend... then it is coming on the glutes and then it feel essentially like a squat

Eddy GR no Romanian deadlift has a little leg drive during concentric motion (towards up)and bar is closer to the body than stiff legged deadlift
