That's Alan Muerwein on the flute! We recorded this song in Bill Wither's studio in San Jose. After running into Bill at a 49ers game, he gave me a card and asked if I had a band. The organ is played by Mit Murille, Danny Dinio is on guitar, Elmo Custodia on bass, Raymond Coats is playing percussion and Ricky Palapaz is on drums. Cordial was tight!!
Thanks for posting this btw. My friend was in this band and he told me about this.
Darn, this is SUCH EXCELLENT dance your ass off instrumental!! I used to DJ in the 80s and90s, so wish I had known this track back then. What a crowd mover.. Big thumbs up.
