I find it incredibly hard to beleive. Actually impossible to see that far. If we could see that far with those optics they would take pictures of sattelites or images from Earth of the supposed space walks. If optics could see that far they'd mount one of those 1980s technology or even earlier to a C5 galaxy and at 50k feet they could zoom into a battlefield engagement to relay intelligence information. The optics would actually work even better from elevation because of the thinner atmospheric conditions.

Who would have thought that all those 1950s black and white si-fi movies predicting how spacecrafts would land vertically were accurate.

Damn, thats the first time I've seen this. The engineering and programing blow the old shuttle out of...space. The only launches ive seen are the ones that exploded.

I am AMAZED EVERY FREEKIN TIME I see this!!!
I'm a child of the Space Race. I watched the 'Moon Landing' in 1969 at 5 years old. I also watched mankind slowly back away from full-on exploration of space after the Space Race was 'won' with that 'Moon Landing'. Watching SpaceX do these incredible things gives me hope that what stopped in 70s will now go forward regardless of government tomfoolery. Rock'n'Roll!! \m/(>
