2nd question. The main thing that confuses the students is plus or minus sign. Sir you have taken ∆V as VB-VA.. although we can see that A is at higher potential and B at lower. It should have been VA-VB...
As we move the charge from point "B" to point "A" , so our final point is "A" and initial is "B", should we not do as final - initial? Why it's taken as initial - final?
The infinity we took here Is with respect to charge that's why due to the smaller size of charge we take a and b distance negligible. I think I made it clear.
@@adeelkhan7065 Sir! Agar hum point A sy point B ki taraf move kerty hyn tu ye tu hum electric intensity ki direction mein hi work ker rahy hei . Phir " V = -Er " ky saath -ve sign nahi ana chahye. Sir! Plz reply sir!
Sir kindly clear one thing is that we take an point B At infinity...or also we say that the distance is very close between A And B ....so how is it possible distance is close when we take b at infinity
This is perfectly possible. We can do this by supposing that charge Q is not very strong. So its strength is very less at point B, which is very close to A. So even though B is close to the charge, it looks as if it is at infinity because the electric field strength is so small.
Basically, don't think of B as a "point on infinity". Think of B as the point of zero potential. This way, you can see that it is possible that B can be close A.
In the beginning, you said that the field is conservative, so it probably means potential at any point would be the same... Then how come at the end vb turned out to be zero?
Assalam o alikum sir point A charge k qareeb hai to aur point B charge se door hai. To sir point a pe potential zeyada hona chye. Because wo charge k qareeb hai to Va-Vb hona chye. Apne Vb-Va likha hai. Plz correct myself
Sir app A point dey B point ki taraf ja rahe hai tu negative sign merey hayal mey nahe ataa so dosra ye k Ra=Rb ager ye equal hai to Ra-Rb=0 q nahe atey matalab delta R is=0

Amazing Sir!
Sir....if we're taking point B at infinity then how can the separation between point A and B be negligible?
exactly i was thinking the same
I also stuck on this point. Can anyone help us????
I have same doubt
The infinity we took here Is with respect to charge that's why due to the smaller size of charge we take a and b distance negligible. I think I made it clear.
The distance between A and B initially is small, i.e delta r then we extend it to infinity later on.

For negative charge potential will be negative ...
What does it mean???
Plzzz explain it sir,,
Means its a kind of convention, u can also say that negative pot means low pot
@@adeelkhan7065 Sir! Agar hum point A sy point B ki taraf move kerty hyn tu ye tu hum electric intensity ki direction mein hi work ker rahy hei . Phir " V = -Er " ky saath -ve sign nahi ana chahye.
Sir! Plz reply sir!
@@anwaarawan2716 good question
We consider positve charge always because its convention and when we use negative change the we will also work done against the electric field
@@anwaarawan2716 Because test charge is positive charge and other chatge is also positive charge learn electric field lines you will under stand
Awesome sir
Going against definition
How?
Sir jb ap ny kaha k point b infinity py hai aor point A field k ander to pher baad me in dono k drmyan distance very small kaisy ho gya??? Ans plz

Kio k test charge to Positive hy or source charge b positive hy
Well done sir
sir ppsc ki tyari krni hai. can u help plz
If ra and rb ke beech me distance boht come hai to how can we say that A is in field and b is on infinity
Infinity is considered a point where field is zero, it is just outside the field
Nailed it.. Literally you nailed it..ustaad g...
👍
nice Sir
Plz BS k lectures send krein plzzz plz plzzzz
Thanks sir
Sir it cant defend upon tht field
Great lecture but E is not equal to kq/r², instead E = q/4(pie)(epsilon naught)(r²)
And at the end;
Va=q/4(pie)(epsilon naught)(r)
Bro sahi to hai.
K=constant=1/4(pie)(epsilon naught)
K constant ?
