Question, what weight lifting routine did Lara do using 150 lbs.? :) I did see Lara interviewed briefly on Monday night (16-Dec-2024), Jesse Watters on Fox. He said she lifts 150 lbs. :) Whether dead lift, military press, bench press, clean and jerk, that is impressive :) I did the 3 primary power lifts yesterday, bench press, squats/rack, and dead lifts using 150 lbs. with sit-ups. It is tiring for me now at my age, and yes 150 lbs. on Olympic bar system is a bit heavy :) 20+ kg plates on each side, some smaller plates using York iron :) I did not run 2 miles after that routine :) However, I plan to run 2 miles today after some PT later this morning.
The effort for the CR in Congress to avoid Fed shutdown Friday night is being reviewed :) Trump, Vivek, and Elon went at that CR Mike Johnson was getting ready to pass. What fun, plenty of pork for Christmas but it is on hold now :) How about Article 1 Section 9 of Constitution and obedience to that. Individual appropriations for 12/13 branches of Fed government funded by separate appropriations, not just another CR.
