I'm using open E on the 7th and fret (5th string), open A on the 5th fret (6th string, but I also use the open 5th string for the A on the intro and verses), open C# minor on 4th fret (5th string), open B on 7th fret (6th string). The passing chord I use to get from the E to the A on the chorus is an E/Ab.
