I'm glad you liked it. The ones I use are the size S ones. They fit half of the M ones. I haven't tried the largest ones myself, but you are generally able to fit a lot in the small ones if you roll the clothes. I have some more videos about it on my channel
I'm sorry to hear that. I have packed mine really full in the past and never had any break. Maybe you can contact the manufacturer and inquire? On a second note, I usually don't pack mine really full these days as it takes a lot less time to zip them up of you leave a little more room for the fabric so it doesn't get stuck in the zippers so easily
