Link has a strange knack of doing the most unexpected thing possible. Finding the m&m in the skittles, a hole in one on the golf course and now a difficult puzzle just falls apart in his hands when he's not even looking!

I love solving puzzles, my hands started itching watching this. I even love untying really knotted ropes. It's a very meditative thing to do - unless there is someone standing next to you, waiting for the rope to be untangled so they can use it.
I love untangling badly knotted fine necklaces, I'll sit for hours carefully manipulating the links, so satisfying when they're done 😁
I don't mind picking apart ropes or necklaces, but puzzles for just fun? Hard pass.

I'm literally the sane! I spent hours untangling yarn before. So satisfying.

as someone who loves puzzles like this, i feel more frustrated watching them not enjoy the puzzles than they feel trying to do the puzzles

@@Steverino322 ok I guess I have OCD now. Also unrelated perhaps but these kind of physical puzzles seem cooler to me then a rubics cube. I’m not sure why exactly.
@@Steverino322 yep, it was bothering me too how easy they gave up. I’m fine if puzzles are not their thing but I’d prefer if they don’t start one (at least on camera) then give up I just a few minutes as I’d rather them either a) Make a serious try to solve the puzzle even if you have to I’ve up after a good effort in the end or b) just not bother trying In the first place, at least not on GMM.

Randomly had one of these at work a few years back and everyone looked at me like I was a wizard when I would sit and do and undo it 😂 Once you got it, it's very simple!

Fun fact: "hedgehog in the cage" is a very popular mechanical puzzle here in the Czech Republic. It got popular through series of children's book by Jaroslav Foglar in 1940s, though it was invented in USA. It's a main device in one of the books, which is centred around it's mystery. It's pretty cool.

When I was young my uncle used to being me and my siblings some of those puzzles every time we saw him. Now that we are older he gave us the entire box of puzzles that he had over the years. I love them

I love these puzzles! I have a collection of dozens of really hard ones and I love torturing my friends with them.
I'll solve em within a minute in front of them, put it back together, then laugh internally as they never get it apart.
As engineers I figured they would love puzzles like these.

My Dad is a very logical thinker and he loves those puzzles.
