    Chris Moore, McLaughlin Planning, has in depth knowledge of the residential, commercial, tourism and rural planning sectors, including experience in managing; planning enforcement, lawful development certificates, conservation/listed building consents, paragraph 55/79 houses and planning appeals. Chris is actively involved with Gloucestershire RTPI Young Planners, organises local professional education/social events and regularly gives talks at the University of Gloucestershire and Business Events to promote the profession.
    Dr Emma Wells, SLR Consulting, has over 15 years’ experience within the historic buildings/built heritage sector, and across both consultancy and academia. With a varied range of expertise in the research and reporting of ecclesiastical and secular historic buildings as well as a particular niche in sustainability solutions. Emma holds MCIfA status and is a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries. She is also a trustee of the Churches Conservation Trust, a regular broadcaster and author of two books.
    Katie Parsons, Historic England, is an experienced built and heritage environment professional with expertise in historic environment policy, strategic planning, spatial regeneration, and development management. She is a full member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation and a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Prior to Historic England Katie worked in two London Local Authority planning and conservation departments, and has previously been a Visiting Lecturer at the UCL Institute for Sustainable Heritage as part of Historic England’s Academic Heritage Partnership programme
