Tip on winning the wheel spin: Make sure the winning arrow is on a clothing item. When the game tells you can spin in the top left corner, count 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005. Then give it the lightest spin you can. It works, I got the car this morning doing it.

The holes are for keeping the radiator cool so the radiator can cool the motor down so when your driving all that air in the front bumper goes directly to the radiator and cool it off
Speirs if you want the wheel spin car, you can spin and a few seconds before the spin lands on another reward quit the game quickly and go back in and you’ll be able to spin again :)
They don’t make you go faster, they displace more air to let it flow evenly and in the rear they pull air off the back tires and push it through the holes to create downforce.
The secret to winning the car every time on the wheel is when you go to spin the wheel in the top left when it says use {...} to spin get a stop watch and start it when it shows that in the top left of the screen and once the stopwatch gets right on 4 seconds spin. YOU HAVE TO BE REALLY PRECISE

This is true. I've won a handful of cars by waiting 4 seconds then doing a slow spin. It has to be in an invite only or solo session.
