    Fascinating insight into the roots of the UHF Passive RFID Revolution! As a logistics founder, I appreciate the warehouse's pivotal role.

    I just stumbled upon this piece about the UHF Passive RFID Revolution, and it really opened my eyes. The insights shared are thought-provoking and genuinely refreshing. It’s fascinating to see how RFID started with tagging pallets in warehouses before expanding into areas like retail item marking, race timing, and access control. If you're curious about RFID’s evolution, this is a must-read at GAO RFID Inc -there's a wealth of information here that could reshape your understanding.

    The implementation of RFID technology has improved operational efficiency and productivity in distribution centres and warehouses around the world. RFID technology typically complements data capture technology (like barcodes) already used in warehouse and distribution centres. Very informative video. Thanks for sharing.

    RFID in retail inventory is a fantastic way to improve stock accuracy, streamline operations, and reduce manual labor. By enabling real-time tracking, RFID allows retailers to know exactly what’s in stock, reducing out-of-stocks and over-stocks. I came across GAO RFID Inc. you might find it pretty useful for this topic

    59 boxes were expected...but instead of adding one box, 2 were added instead. Why?

    Very informative. So what's the cost of these tags and what's the range?

    • @alientechnologyllc755

      Alien tags can provide up to 36ft / 12 meters of read range. The actual results will depend on what lies between the tag and the readers antenna. So if you have other shelves this range will be reduced dependent on the materials on that shelf.

    What is the RFID software used in the video?

    • @alientechnologyllc755
      @alientechnologyllc755  7 лет назад +1

      A lot shown is the built in software in Alien readers. The latest version "Gatescape" is available on this guy: www.alientechnology.com/products/readers/alr-f800/
      Another set of software shown is Active Identity's Envoy www.activeidentity.com/

      Some of it is the Alien embedded "Gateway" that is resident on all Alien readers (free) and some is Active Identity's Envoy which is also now embedded in the ALR-F800-X Reader and called "Emissary". It is provided royalty free with the ALR-F800-X reader.
