Where visiting Footscray, Melbourne Australia. I remember as a kid, Footscray was rough, it was full of drugs and gangs back in the 90s.

Thanks for this nostalgic trip to the strange time that was the early 90s.
I grew up in Sydney but Footscray was giving me the Cabramatta vibes -possibly similar setup and issues faced by both suburbs back then.
