My suggestion is use MD97 which is already done in the shipping industry in their efforts to be carbon neutral? With CCU we can even turn CO2 to Methanol instead of storing it and serving no purpose! Having a CI engine able to run MD97/ED95/M100/E100 and Dimethyl Ether (DME) would be really attractive short n longer term IMHO...
Nice. Electro Ethanol + Corn/cellulosic - Ethanol is the future. It will cost 20 times less to make Electo-Ethanol (100% RE) than to charge a battery with a 100% RE grid. Cellulosic Ethanol can have a 45% sequestration amount. Combine both Cellulosic and Electro-Ethanol and you have plenty of fuel for scale and CO2 neutral. No EV can be CO2 neutral due to the CO2 in the manufacture, but Ethanol can.
