as me we need more lighting of historical flims like GAME OF THRONES, type of medivel movies. also like SEE, that dystopian flim and THE 100 tv series lighting
what do you think about the use of a Canon FD and the Zeiss Pancolar and Flektogon Lenses, have you ever tried them or want to use in making movies, they tend to be more sharp than soviet vintage glass escpecialy jena flektogon 35mm 2.4 and the 20mm 2.8 ones and the FD's - the 85 and the 55 1.2 have such a sharp image and have good microcontrast. How much they look cheaper or not as good as the high end primes like you use on a set or mabye they are quiet suitable for abig production shoots?@@ANDBERY

Thank you, my friend. Alexa 35 is amazing, particularly when it comes to low-light situations. We shot several night scenes at ISO 3200 with native noise reduction, and the results are quite clean and flexible for grading. Have you had the opportunity to work with footage from this camera?
Could you talk a little bit about finances? Because this is also a crucial topic for realizing a project like yours. How much Budget did you have to buy all necessary gear and set dressing, costumes, catering etc.? I thin esspecially on this project this is really interesting! What a great Story and Movie!
Unfortunately, I don't have the full picture of this project because I don't work as a producer. However, I can share that VFX comes with a substantial cost, often exceeding $10K. To save on expenses from my end, I collaborated with Nanlite and received Alexa 35 for free from a kind friend.

love to know more about how focal lenghths have the emotional effects that they have?
We worked with 45mm and 65mm, and we were slightly limited in our ability to rent more lenses.

How did you power all those lights outside? A generator?
Yes, we used a 5K generator. For light sources and makeup trailer both.

We put the generator in a pit and about 50 meters away from the set
