Lombardo is the guy in the band who’s NOT an idiot. There’s a seminar with Q&A where he breaks down why he left slayer for the final time; literally he showed them their own numbers and they were getting robbed blind by all the business associates and they had no idea. Plus when he came back they treated him like a hire-on, which in some cases would apply but not in this case as far as I’m concerned…

Dave is the heart of slayer. The beat. Tom is the voice of slayer. Jeff was the soul of slayer. Kerry king is the appendix of slayer, which got infected and should've been removed before it killed the entire body of Slayer.

I don't know. I get the Kerry hate but you can't write Kerry out of what Slayer is. Back in the 80's, when they made the albums that immortalized them, Kerry was the physical manifestation of Slayer's attitude. And he's contributed a lot of amazing riffs/songs and at least one good whammy solo that he kept using again and again. :)

Dave is the best drummer in the world. he created such a unique beat, that fits to such a fast pacedmusic, it's like he hits the drums twice as much as the avg drummer, the beats leading up to guitar in Seasons in the Abyss is a good example, He can hear the opposite side of a regular drum beat and end perfectly where the riff starts. He is a drum god.
