The house is really large and everyone had a lot of their own space.It’s such a shame that this horrific crime happened.I however think because of the unusual layout ,that who ever did this crime has been in the house before.Either as a guest ,at a party or has done work on the houseIts one thing manoeuvring around a house in daylight ,but to do it in the dark would have been a lot harder if you did not know the layout.
There were also pictures of the interior of the house on Zillow ( which have since been taken down) & other pictures of rhe interior were on another rental website. Anyone planning a break in definitely would gave googled the address to see if there was any available information.
@@RG-hf4et even doing that..he had to have known which bedroom was who's. Makes no sense for him to do 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor but not go into the 2nd bedroom. But instead went upstairs. That's what tells me it was targeted. I honestly think 1 of the girls on the 3rd floor was the target. And I think that X & E on the 2nd floor wouldn't have even been killed but I think that X Probably intercepted him either going back to her room from receiving the doordash order or maybe she was already back in her room but opened her door to go get something else from the kitchen she realized she needed and cuz she saw him..he had to kill her or else he wouldn't have been able to get to his target. And while killing her, E probably started to wake up so he had to kill him too. Then he was able to go upstairs. For some reason people are thinking he went upstairs first but from everything I've read I think it's the opposite. 4:17 the dog was barking which makes me think he was up there where the dog was then. And he wouldn't have had time after that to go back down to the 2nd floor. Considering they said he was seen speeding off at..I think I read 4:20? Another reason I think that is cuz..I think he stopped once he killed who he wanted to kill.
@@kels0jade6 HE probably staked out the house several times and could tell where K & M 's bedrooms were. He could have sat in the wooded area behind the house & watched as lights went on & off. He was probably surprised to find the 2 girls in one bed so killed them both. X & E were just in the way, imho.
A voice over would have been helpful. I am sure the staircase to the 2nd floor is straight ahead from the front door between the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor which would place the stairs more in the middle of the house. It's hard to tell from the photos. The killer though, came through the back where the sliding door was open. He walked through the kitchen where, looking straight ahead, there's the livingroom. To the left off the lr is Xana's room, to the right are the 3rd floor stairs, a bathroom and then the bedroom where DM, the roommate, was hiding. Now knowing that Ethan was found at Xana's Doorway he must have been attacked somewhere in the livingroom and staggered and fell at the doorway. There must have been a hell of a fight between Ethan and the killer and Xana also fought with him because she had defensive cuts all over her hands.
Whoever committed these murders definatly was VERY familiar with the layout of this house, its a complicated layout and finding your way to that second bedroom would be hard as the door doesnt have an entrance in the hallway...very familiar!

This gave me chills! This was a nice pad for college students. Not sure what it was like being the party house but I hope they tear it down or make it a memorial. Someone like Bullhorn Betty will buy it with money she scams and exploit these kids memory to make money.
I truly believe the killer or killer’s knew them & has been there before. This is so sad. I was watching Banfield the other night & she had a 3D tour of the house. I pray they find the Killer. Thank you for all you do. 🙏🏻

This is definitely heartbreaking to watch being a mom myself I cry everytime I see anything about this poor babies cause that’s what they were were babies there lives haven’t even begun and they were taken so viciously for no reason it’s so heartbreaking I do believe he had been in the home before because the layout of the house is so weird and not normal he knew exactly which room to be in first those poor victims I can’t even imagine the horror they went through that night my heart goes out to all the families this is so heartbreaking still to this day this man that did this is so disgusting I just don’t get why do this and I know there’s no right answer to take a life these poor kids and there families for what there gonna have to live through in this trial my heart just aches for them I’ll be praying for them all and you all get justice very soon
I honestly see it happen a lot. I recall another murder house or "house of horrors" from another case that is blurred. It's really interesting and I wonder what I boils down to for their decision to censor. Possibly because they don't want people coming and finding it all the time? Kind of hard when the house and address has been on the news so much. But maybe it's even out of respect for the victims? I do wonder.

There possibly could be a subject tasked with driving off and opening/closing door/or evidence transfer from the killers. The killer on the 2nd floor possibly struggled for the initial seconds after stumbling upon and a male and female. However was quickly supported by the killer that just did the hit on 3rd floor. There’s more involved in my speculation, that is also why it’s giving so hard of a time to investigators, different subjects were tasked with different things to do while the killing took place.
Impossible that nobody heard anything, as if a ninja walked through there. Rt now things are getting strange with the discovery being withheld, something isnt right with the state side.
Weird layout for that house. Leads you more to the belief that the perp knew the layout and had been there before. Everything I know about this case keeps leading me to Jack D. Not saying I know he did this, but a lot of things point to him. The 7 phone calls that night to him from Kaylee and the 3 calls from Maddie speaks volumes. Obviously Kaylee was concerned enough about something to feel it was very important to talk to him ASAP. Kaylee even had Maddie call him to see if he would answer her calls. Something probably not positive was up that night between Kaylee and Jack. What it was, or how long it had been going on? I don't know, but I sure feel there is something there. Plus, the dog that was in the house knew Jack well, and thus no barking. No matter what room the dog was in, it's probable there was contact with the perp. Possibly the perp put the dog in a certain room and closed the door. IDK, but the dog not barking leads me to Jack D also. Hopefully an arrest and conviction soon. This case has me not only sad, but actually feeling anxiety about. It just isn't right and I want it settled for families. I have faith in the agencies working this case. There will be justice for the four victims. They have passed on, but will never be forgotten.

If you look at the 2nd floor, in the 360° virtual tour, it truly shows how narrow the space between bedroom "c", the kitchen the stairs to the third floor are. It's a traffic juncture where the space at the intersection is incredibly small. Which makes DM's survival miraculous (she stood at her bedroom door when she saw him coming from Xana's bedroom and leaving trough the kitchen's sliding door). He passed at her room 3 times. After he killed Kaylee and Maddie on the third floor, DM was an easier victim to pick than Xana and Ethan. But he didn't hurt her even when she saw him ( I assume they made an eye contact because she described his eyebrows).
What strikes me is that if Ethan was outside the bedroom, there is no way Dylan didn't know he was there dead. So that begs the question again why no 911 call for 8 hours.

" Understanding, a likely principal direction to the motives of homicide may have local links. Lewiston in fact is real to Sigma alumni. I am citing the time element of a window for instance, as prior to home invasion, just post invasion. And, where with a large sleeping population, a *yes-no evidence might be within review as clarity. For instance a critical time envelope to the mass homicide.

It was never dark. They had string lights, lighted signs, deck lights, etc. burning 24/7

he had plenty of time to study the layout we just saw. It is on line when looking for rentals. Still there.
