for something to be considered a kakuja it needs to envelop the users body in some way or another, and kakujas can only manifest through intense consumption of rc cells, so no, it isnt a kakuja. if you want to be stubborn about it it can count as a half-kakuja which is a kakuja that only partially envelopes the user, but that still wouldnt make sense with the cannibalism aspect of kakujas
