- What better way to start out the new year than to lower your car? Installing AST Lowering Springs on my 22 BMW M3 Competition with 13mm Wheel Spacers all around. SUPER happy with how it turned out.

How do you still like them after 3/4 months, in terms of ride quality? Do they feel bouncy/floaty for spirited daily driving? Debating on switching over to these to be lower
So far so good! They ride as good as the day I got them and very similar to stock just slightly stiffer
Did you get the springs that say 30mm/30mm? Cause on ast website there’s 2 different springs
Yeah these are the 30mm ones! I believe the other ones are the adjustable springs
What about adding a GT style wing

Did you end up having to shave the inner wheel well at all?
Thinking I will go 12mm on back and 15mm front but don’t want any rubbing. I have the pirellis too.
@@christopherhenry3194 I haven’t shaved it down yet because it hasn’t bugged me too much but I probably will soon just to get it out of the way.
12mm rear and 15mm front will be perfect tho!💯
