43rd st was up amd running by 1972. Before the 83s.
83s were Gangster Crips 1st though.
@@joemosely9383 That’s facts !!!!
#True43rdStCripHistory
15 yo best friends Raymond Washington & Craig Craddock cofounded the Crips in the summer of 1969 and it caught like wildfire quickly spreading first to Watts then Compton.
Gangster Tim (Carver Park Compton Crips) along with Black Johnny, Babalouie, KC, Tony No Good, Stonewall, et al. from Wall/Trinty Streets area cofounded 43rd Street Crips the same year of 1969.
1972-73 Babalouie got us going with Four Tray and Insane Dewayne added Gangster.
1975 Eastside Four Tray Gangsters and Eastside Avalons merged as Eastside Four Tray Avalon Gangster Crips.
1976 Ghostowne & Madd Rocc started their own set Ghostowne Crips and was putting in so much work that KC asked them to come back within the fold and they did.
1979 we dropped Avalon for San Pedro and presently stand today as FTSPGC.

I've been watching this channel from the very beginning, and I must say... As an out of towner, I am amazed at how I can follow an interview and digest the history shared on this channel. This is a testament to the efforts and methods of Team KMV. I wish other cities and regions had a grip on history like this. SALUTE 🫡
Work can wait..the OG dropping a movie right now..respect KMV
I’m not even from Cali and I love this history
ABC Market was on Hoover and Manchester now it's a 99 cent store
There was ABC Mkt on Main & Manchester like he said, 1980s
The Broadway Hospital was right off of Colden & Broadway. I had to go there when I cracked my shoulder while flipping off of an inner tube back around 1975. Also, that corner was our bus stop for the first year of bussing in 1972.
This is the shit i want to see bacc to the basics good ass interviews

I don't remember whitey enterprises but ,i DEFINITELY remember 3rd world and ozone they was BALLIN..all my Horace mann homies from the eastside was pullin up to school with pockets full of money in 86!!LOL
Travon was from 40 Ozone, now 40 Avalon. I cant remember his gang name, Lived on 74th & LaSalle. Pops was a High Roller. Travon had bread in Jr High riding those Elite Scooter. He hung with two other dudes. One went by Magic aka Zam. Cant remember the other brothers name.
@@joemosely9383 yeahhhh ,that's exactly who i was talking about,i think his brother was actually name scooter,at least they said they was Brothers!! a few other brothas , like Tank!
Last time i heard they was stil all rolling together but in the feezzys tho
@@TheMmiguelito I think Tank is actually Magic/Zam. They would joke and call him Magic cuz he smiled like Magic Johnson. Zam was his grafitti name, he would be striking up on the RTDs back then. But i might be mixing up the names. Its been Decades when I hung with them dudes briefly., for one Summer. Travon ended up at Orville Wright. Thats where i met him. I met Tank/Magic/Zam at Audubon Summer School......My guy Manny is light weight in the loop with them guys........You should know Manny.
@@joemosely9383 lolol yeahhhh, i do remember the homie manny. If I'm not mistaken, i think manny stayed off vic or the bg!!
Whitey enterprise started first in 82 then 3rd world kicked off summer of 83 ozone a few months after that but even though whitey was from the east side he mostly hired the 52 Hoover & 52 BGC as his bodyguard and crew
Kev Mac much love and appreciation for what you do 🤝🏾

There was an ABC Market on the SE corner of Manchester and San Pedro. Those markets were all over. Many were flipped into Boys Markets, and then other things.

Kev, my brotha, this is what the people want. The original KMV formula. Interviews dropping history and telling stories from the OG’s that lived it. 💯🔥🫡

AC Babalouie that they

Interesting history because the 43 is the main influence up in Portland for the east side Kerby Blocc Crips…some of the 43s was in Portland during the crack era around 1985 or 1986 and was staying in the hood in Kerby square apartments hustling. The Kerbys was the first Portland hood to use numbers 4700 blocc and the first to say east side although it was North East. As of today gentrification got the homies all over Portland.
That’s crazy that should’ve just been 43G Portland
@@Sbkeezy62 nah we made it a point to not bang a cali hood theres very few cali hoods up here. when all of that happened they had influence on our crippin but they didn't create the hoods...we from Kerby Square projects the 4 trays came up here to set up shop along with the 60s, Tanas, 107 hoovers and plenty more but we not bangin their hoods because at that point we never been to compton, south central or the east side of LA we from the kerby squares, the villa, sumner courts, dekum courts all the projects up here are gone now. they had influence on our crippin thats it. we didn't do crip on crip violence either it was always crip love.
@@Theycallmekenney my peoples out this way moved out to Portland before I did. Like they moved to Portland in the 90s but my cousins from Kelly park and my other cousins from rollin 40s all lived in Portland during that time. I moved out there around like 2016 but I never knew 43s has influence on yall! I got homies from Kerby
Excellent interview my brother. Keep up the hard work Kev! 💯

Third world was across the street from me I had a spot on 63rd and Crenshaw 1988/89 they were definitely in the 60s
Did 3rd World last into 88/89 ? They might of played out by then. I think they was on 63rd between 85-87. But I might be wrong. Johneil shut them down. That's what they say.
Great interview Kev Mac. Salute to you and Cinbad
Thanx cuz don’t panic
Thank you. What some great memory going on here. Very active child hood
Back to the old school interviews !!
You Rollin Mac . 👍👍👍💯🫡
Cartoon 53 too biased to be speaking on this. I knew 43 didn’t branch off from Avalon like he insinuated.
This might be a dumb question but i’m not from LA but do 43GC and 53 Avalon get along? I remember Toon saying that too.
43 tray did branch of Avalon they was part of Avalon they been saying that when I was a kid
@@bigbcomptonfinest819 you just heard him say they was east side 43. Branch off would mean that they was created by Avalons and then become their own gang. They was already a gang
@dm7744 are you from LA? He said it but I remember when they slit they was 43 Avalons then they started say 43 Gangsta I got hommies from 43 I used to hang over there .
From what the big homies told me from 43 is it was a clicc of 43's and 53's that hung out tuff together near Gilbert Lindsey Park before the beef happened. So buy name they said 43 Avalon just like they said this 43 San Pedro Gangsta so technically they have never been Avalons it was just a clicc.
He kinda favor T rodgers a lil bit
In Fort Worth 43 DEEP
And 60s
Little Rocc, AR got 43GC too
