      Paul’s phone battery had died
      But I understand how the prosecutors got you all twisted

      So glad u brought this updates! That's what I thought I heard as well. Why has no one mentioned it in court I have zero clue. They were so focused on trying to prove he said "I instead of them" in what they are trying to make into a confession. But he clearly said them in that video. In this video it's clear to me his dad says "what's the matter paul?" And Paul responds " it's alright dad" that is what the prosecution should focus on.

      @Chris Lancaster He was there. At 8:40 PM, Paul and Rogan are talking on the phone about Rogan's dog who is being kept at Paul's kennels and has an injured tail. They talk for about 4 minutes and then after hanging up, Rogan sends a text To Paul asking Paul to take a picture or video of the dog's tail, so Rogen can send it to a veterinarian friend. Paul decides to take a video and on that video is his voice, his father's voice, and his mother's voice. Minutes later Paul and Maggie are dead.

    Alex had no idea his Son Paul would forward a short video, that would be key in his own conviction, even the best of critical thinking & planning for the perfect murder, could not have predicted this most random a thing!

      I’ve been wondering myself the whole day, may I ask you, did A.M knew about this short video or did the state came with it recently or today for the first time??
      The reason I wanna know this is that if this video is in evidence for a longer period of time this was no surprise for the defense team ofcourse plus A.M had enough time to think about how he can safe his face from this big lie he told to the police and his defense team
      There was a moment after we heard the video one of his lawyers looked had him and I could swear he was not at all pleased with this video nor was he with A.M 😮
      The stare he gives him says enough don’t you think?
      But that is just me, not sure what to think of it!
      So that’s why I really like to know if they knew the video from before or was it a bomb dropped today?? 🤷🏻‍♀️

    His emotions were visible when that audio was being played in court. He even shook his head. You can clearly hear his voice in the background. I'm sure he thought back to that moment and wished he hadn't done what he did. There is no doubt he killed them both.

      Buster is the last man standing and I would guess he is shaking in his shoes. The Stephen Smith suspicious death has been reopened after the double murder and search of Moselle. Something is up it’s forthcoming. Buster is rumored to have been involved with Smith. Both Alex Murdaugh and his brother were at the death scene right after body discovered. Then the brother offered to represent Smith’s mother for free with regard to the case and yet he’s not even a criminal lawyer. So what’s the deal there? More very serious questions to answer

Also, devils advocate - if it wasn’t Alex then why didn’t he see or hear anything on his 1700 acre property?? Not even a car or headlights? I’m not buying it. His son and wife deserved better.

    Three voices. One being Alex. He was at those kennels at the time of their death. He lied.What makes it even more convincing is the normal, natural speech of the victims. No panic or fear. If there were a stranger in their midst they'd be alarmed or surprised. He's guilty.

    Whoever the third voice is - they are clearly a known individual to the mom and son, “hey baba” - clearly the third individual knew the dogs name and was someone very close / friendly to the mom and the son. No other friends or family have come forward to say they were the third person in the video - so this leaves me to conclude with 99.9% certainty that this is the father.

      @@76482 Paul had no idea his dad was going to intentionally kill him. Paul didn't know that he was going to ACCIDENTALLY kill Mallory. It was an accident AND everyone on that boat was drinking, not just Paul!! Yes, it was horrific and horrible but it was an accident and he did not set out to kill her. On the other hand you have a father and husband that lied and said he didn't go to a certain place and we find out he did and now it really looks like he literally and INTENTIONALLY blew his son's head off and shot his wife execution style twice in the back of the head, INTENTIONALLY!!       compression would distort results. phones use limited frequency range which wouldn't be able to capture his voice fully uncompressed. maybe if they used the same phone and knew where he stood if he was there would maybe work. too many variables imo

      The jury is made up of humans. In their soul, they know they can't let this POS go free.

    I can definitely hear 3 voices. Paul’s in the kennel talking to the dog and a male and female outside. Sounded like the male was shouting ‘come here muma’
    I don’t think he knew Paul was in the kennels and had to kill him as well as he’s witnessed his mum being shot by his dad.

    he's so busted, his phone was pinging in the area of the kennels around time of murders, the kennels he said he was not at, then there is this recording, and the other more damning recording of him saying, 'i did him so bad' ! oh and how about his clean clothes and clean hands when talking to investigators, when he said he touched their bodies!

    He didn’t have the password to Paul’s phone. That’s why he just sat the phone down on his body & then he fake texts his wife & he realized her phone was actually in the truck with him so on his drive to his moms so he threw it out. That’s how I think his phone had the steps but Hers didn’t. She had already walked the steps to put her phone in the truck while they were at the kennels.

    I think he was embarrassed of his family finding out about his financial crimes and their real financial situation. And he didn’t want them to have to go from being wealthy to having nothing and owing so many people. And Paul possibly going to jail for Mallory’s death, and the father undoubtedly going to jail for so many financial crimes, I think he thought it would be better for them to be dead. I think that was Alecs motive.

    Don't forget Alex said to police investigator, that day he work on the FILES of PAUL getting SUE for the BOAT ACCIDENT, for the following COURT DAY ! And probably he was very upset, because I'm sure they were getting SUE for a lot of $$$, and ALEX was very angry with his PAUL !

    Easy you can tell there are 3 voices, clearly the voice of PAU,L more loud and clear because his holding the phone, His mothers voice, and ALEX voice a little further out ! As a musician I can recognize a voice, the one coming a little further is ALEX voice, with the same characteristics we hear him in the videos with the police !

    How ironic - if Alec had known B was making that video things may well have turned out differently, as it is at least it shows he was there & at the time his wife & son were murdered. So sad but hopefully seals A's fate & justice on him will be served at least.     I hear Buster’s voice in this video. It’s hard to pick up on bc they’re both young and their voices sound similar.
    I know he says he was up north with his gf Brooklyn but I also know that she and Alex are very close. Alex has said that she even reminds him of Maggie. Buster could have easily ‘left his phone with her’ but have been elsewhere.

    I think he had it planned out. Used two guns to make it look like it was two killers, then ran up to the house, cleaned his hands, changed his clothes, god rid of her phone(I do believe he was going to dispose of Paul’s phone too, but decided to leave it),then headed to his moms. The only thing that’s thrown me off is Maggie’s phone was phone was found a 1/2 mile away and it wasn’t traveling with his phone at that time?

      Actually, the only thing that was remaining above Paul's neck was his face. The rest of his skull was gone. I think it was the defense attorney in the opening statement that said Paul's brain landed next to his own feet. Ugh

    By taking the stand, the jury also became very familiar with Murdaugh's voice and could decided for themselves whose voice was on the cell video. Even though several witnesses had already testified that it was, there's a difference between taking someone's word and knowing it personally. The jury later stated that his proven presence at the kennel and his lie about being there was the greatest evidence that sealed his fate.

    That's Paul, Maggie, and Alex. Bubba is the Murdaugh's dog and Cash is Rogan's dog. Paul was taking this video of Cash's tail to send to Rogan, so Rogan could forward it to a veterinarian friend to look at the tail injury. Rogan never got the video because Paul and Maggie would be dead in just a few short minutes.
