I just realized something thinking about LoTR: All the greatest stories have an ending. The online novels that go one for thousands of chapters simply burn out the concept and slowly kill the plot. LoTR was the perfect length for a novel and is still my favorite novel of all time.
The Lord of the Rings will always be my favorite story on the page and the screen. The Hobbit has been critiqued to death and I understand and agree with a lot of the criticisms, but I still love it. Thanks to Tolkien for his masterpiece, to a Jackson for bringing it to life and God for making both men
To do justice for tokens work, and making it 100% accurate to the page, it would need to be done in the form of animation. That’s the only way you can truly capture the action, the scope, length, and grandeur. It would most likely be longer than one piece lol. But, I’d be ok with that.
@@starkilr101 I mean, you can always do better, more accurate, more everything. But I'm baffled by the notion that a movie must be universally and unanimously good for it to be relevant. Even if only one person on earth loved it it would be relevant. The point of movies is to bring joy and to entertain the audience, not to be nitpicked. I'm ok with people saying they didn't like the movie, or to talk about what they think could have made it better. But I absolutely do not see the point of saying "This movie is shit " like I've seen a lot online.
The beginning with the piano on its own is already magical... Love the way you incorporated both The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. And the scenes fit so well with the music! And then when the music becomes more „powerful“, promising and hopeful, there‘s more colour, less sadness and it‘s so amazing!!! You‘ve really outdone yourself with this one, you should be very proud. 🙈💕👍
Beautiful video👏👏👏 I love the Hobbit and Lord of the Reings - both books and films. All characters are brave and persistent and they show us a beautiful friendship. Although we sometimes have difficult moments, but you have to believe that there is still good in this world and it is worth fighting for, as Sam said. And I love Frodo so much🥺
