I loved her folk sound😔... I'm happy for her that she's doing so well for herself...but that folk, almost celtic sound was what really set her apart, I dont know of anyone else around like that...sad... but it's called "pop" for a reason, Im guessing people in general dont appreciate real music ...

I don't like the electronic pop sound. Her original true self with the folk really set off her beautiful soul full voice.

Her original name had more ring to it to be honest.

This is a regular occurrence with young artistes finding their way. I recall ten or more years ago falling in love with the Celtic sounds of 16 y.o. Irish singer Janet Devlin after watching her progress through a U.K. talent show. I very rarely attend concerts, but so impressed was I that I bought tickets for myself and my sons and we all converged on a Northern England city over many hundreds of miles from different directions. I was acutely embarrassed that we had to suffer a full evening of nothing but deafening hard rock from Janet! My ears rang for at least three days afterwards and we all felt that we were worthy of at least an apology. But she was a slip of a girl so we all bit our lips. I had a similar deafening experience with an American extremely rude female country singer. Artistes are often very different live!!!!!! Some are not - Harry Webb was FANTASTIC live.

I really liked the folk singer guitar music a lot better, probably because I’m an old fart etc., but damn I was looking forward to her guitar and vocal (extraordinary vocals) career. I’m actually a bit sad for myself, but happy for her of course.
