Look too good to be real. The cloths reacting to physics, the hair, the textures.. I mean, the AI should really need to understand all of that. The long skirt slit reaction is mindblowing.

Wow, very impressive! Still can't believe that even the patterns on the clothing are stable, this looks like magic for anybody who has ever tried to SD for animating stuff. Also it's great that there is no length limitation. BUT unless there's code and models out to play around, we can't know if there was some cheating involved. Maybe they had trained the models for these characters or something.
Maybe! But even if they did train the models on the characters, the patterns are still impressive 😊

Bro this just gave me a really low beat emotional vibe, I just imagin taking the pictures I have from my deciesed GrandMother, and make her alive digitaly, I just feel bad for not having videos or audios with her voice, I imagine in a near future to be able to just upload photos of someone and audio references and being able to interact with them again, even if is not the reall person it is mindblowing. I so much need a good PC right now :)

Traditional animation/anime as we know it, yes. Just train your studios model on your art style and make a few character designs then all you need is a phone to motion cap your blocking.
Hollywood movies, yes. Oh no, a famous actor is dead? Just get someone else to literally stand in for them and have their physical presence replicated effortlessly.
The bar to creating art is falling everyday and this is the straw that breaks the camel's back for so much creative work.
It's all about storytelling. That's really it. Once artists get it, they never have to fear AI (Hint: I'm not talking about chatgpt writing stories btw).

I feel like open pose controlnets are going to be the next thing that these models need to work on... imagine model that generates what we're asking for with action words and verbs.

Did I correctly understood that sampler is not available yet? Or it is not just sampler? Can this be transformed into ComfyUI/InvokeAI nodes based on paper?
The developers just announced on github that they will be releasing this in the near future... they are polishing the code (likely making it more user-friendly so they don't get bombed with issues from users)... but we know it's definitely coming.
But how can we use it, it's a website?
@papaours2770 I believe it will start as a local download with a model and install scripts, and then people will put this into a google colab for cloud usage for everyone... that's usually how these things go

One tip: while you started reading the summary at 4:33 ish you had paused on the screen with glaring white background. Would suggest you switch to some muted background color/black with you reading the text so it doesn't burn our eyes (especially those who love to live in the darkness like me 😂)
In the paper they detail their exact process using 5k videos on A100s - they literally tell exactly what they did with tools that are avail to a lot of ppl. If tgey not release then someone else will

How do we know this isn't fake? If it's real it's the most awesome ai animation creator. But it could easily be faked by getting the dwpose from the videos and just taking a screenshot of the video for the input image. The anime characters could be 3d.
I'm not saying this is the case, but I just want to be assured before I get my hopes up.
The results are probably cherry picked like Pika and Gen 2 ads.

If it gets released, I hope it turns out better than DragGAN.
Also, while I do not believe DragGAN researchers were malicious in their deceit, they were clearly delaying the models' release to generate interest in their papers and were likely trying to get those papers published in prestigious magazines before everybody finds out their methodology wasn't as great as they had claimed

I agree. the one to watch out for would be LLMs but i don't think they're capable of creativity and differeing perspectives which is key to art and interesting content.

True love looks around to see who is in need of your help, your smile, your possessions, your money, your strength, your quality time. Love forgives and forgets. Love wants for others what it wants for itself. Take note, true love works in conjunction with other spiritual forces such as patience and faith (in the finished work of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, rather than in what man has done such as science, technology and organizations which won't last forever). To avoid sin and error which leads to the death of our body and also our spirit in hell fire, we should let the Word of God be the standard of our lives not AI. If not, God will let us face AI on our own and it will cast the truth down to the ground, it will be the cause of so much destruction like never seen before, it will deceive many and take many captive in order to enslave them into worshipping it and abiding in lawlessness. We can only destroy ourselves but with God all things are possible. God knows us better because He is our Creater and He knows our beginning and our end. Our prove text is taken from the book of John 5:31-44, 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12, Daniel 7-9, Revelation 13-15, Matthew 24-25 and Luke 21. Let us watch and pray...
