“This place is designed to break your heart. It was designed that way. If you’re looking to be happy in the Dunya, you’re in the wrong place. Everybody has their tribulations and it’s very rare for people who have had their happy time, wonderful life, those people are rare, the foundation of Dunya is tribulation. It’s easier to forget Allah when things go well. It’s much more difficult to forget Allah when things are difficult. The best worship is waiting for the ease from Allah to come when you’re in hardship.

Sayyidul istighfar
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي،
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ،
خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ،
وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ،
أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ،
أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَىَّ وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي،
فَاغْفِرْ لِي،
فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ
Allahumma anta Rabbi
la ilaha illa anta,
Khalaqtani wa ana Abduka,
wa anaala ahdika wa wa dika mastatatu,
Audhu bika min Sharri ma sanatu,
abu'u Laka binimatika `alaiya,
wa abu'u laka bidhanbi
faghfir lee
fa innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta.
O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You, You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide to Your covenant and promise [to honour it] as best I can, I take refuge in You from the evil of which I committed, I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily none
can forgive sins except You.
[Sahih-Bukhari 6306]

Brother. You so right.... This life 🧬 if you let it. Will break you down . To the very last compound...I'm experiencing the same weakness the prophet experienced. Though his condition, was a lot worse. I can relate and I'm humbled

1. TAKE A BATH (GHUSL)
2. USE MISWAK TO CLEAN YOUR TEETH
3. WEARING CLEAN OR NEW CLOTHES
4. APPLY PERFUME/ OUD
5. CUT YOUR NAILS
6. READ SURAH AL-KAHF
7. SEND DUROOD UPON
THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (S.A.W)
8. GO TO THE MASJID AS EARLY AS YOU CAN
9. WALKING TO THE MASJID
10. LISTEN TO THE KHUTBAH OF JUMMAH
11. PRAYING 2 RAKAT (Tahiyat-Al-Masjid) BEFORE SITTING DOWN IN MASJID.

Subhan'Allah these are the teachings that came to me when I first reverted to Islam, that this world is designed to break your heart..."it's designed that way" but this time I'm being told that how I respond is a test....Subhan'Allah may Allah make it easy for us all 🤲
What breaks you should shape you, if it doesn’t shape you then it will ruin you, and if you’re ruined then no one can save you! Except Allah☝🏽🙏🏽❤️
Narrated Salman-Al-Farsi:
The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, "Whoever takes a bath on Friday, purifies himself as much as he can, then uses his (hair) oil or perfumes himself with the scent of his house, then proceeds (for the Jumua prayer) and does not separate two persons sitting together (in the mosque), then prays as much as (Allah has) written for him and then remains silent while the Imam is delivering the Khutba, his sins in-between the present and the last Friday would be forgiven."
