He is filming so they can upload their performance on youtube! Also: Julie told everyone that the boys are Holograms :D

Julie likes the lead guitar player Luke but he is a ghost so we still hope somehow it can work. They are at Julie's garage performing because her dad and best friend Flynn set it up. Also, there’s a few Behind the Band segments on Netflix that give insight on how the show was made, including the rehearsal and recording process. They had professional songwriters and vocal coaches work with them, but the actors had a lot of input in the process (like the solo guitar riff you saw in this clip came from Charlie Gillespie during filming) and the actors who play Julie and Luke (Madison Reyes and Charlie Gillespie) wrote Perfect Harmony all on their own. Kenny Ortega put this show/band together with the goal to have them go on tour and they have been writing their own music together during quarantine in hopes for a second season so it’s possible there will be more original songs from them in the future.

This show was inspired by a brazilian TV show from 2013. I'm brazilian but i didn't actually see the show at the time. I just watched this one,the american one. And it's really fun,i looked up on youtube for the one in my language,in my country,and it's also good. It's weird to us here in brazil,cause a lot of people loved this show,and i know a friend that was obssesed with it. It's weird for us to see the whole world now knowing Julie. I'm really hoping a happy ending for the couples in this one,cause in ours here...it wasn't very good...

Original songs not written by the cast but genuinely performed by them. The three boys are in fact ghosts who can only be seen when they are performing with Julie. They are performing in front of the garage because Julies dad set up a party at their house and is using his photography/film skills to help her make a video to upload to give the band exposure. The angry/mean girl is Carrie. She and Julie used to be friends but had some sort of falling out. She and the dude next to her broke up and she thinks he has a crush on Julie. Carrie also wants to be a famous singer and has a girl group but thinks Julie gets everything handed to her.
I’m sure this has been said already but here I go.. things to know... All the actors play their own instruments. It’s a proper band that they have hopes of touring. Music is written for the show. One of the songs Perfect Harmony is written by the two lead actors. One of those actors Maddison Reyes who plays Julie is sixteen and this is her first project ever. I’d recommend watching the show but if you want a clue on what it’s about react to Flying Solo. The show is worth checking out. It starts off a bit cheesy (made for preteen/teens) but levels out and it’s very fun. Also nothing wrong with cheesy. The music is great. Great reaction.

This show was inspired by a brazilian TV show from 2013. I'm brazilian but i didn't actually see the show at the time. I just watched this one,the american one. And it's really fun,i looked up on youtube for the one in my language,in my country,and it's also good. It's weird to us here in brazil,cause a lot of people loved this show,and i know a friend that was obssesed with it. It's weird for us to see the whole world now knowing Julie. I'm really hoping a happy ending for the couples in this one,cause in ours here...it wasn't very good...
They actually wrote one of the songs called perfect harmony, I don’t know if you reacted to it yet.
Okay so all the songs in Julie and the phantoms are originals but the actors didn’t write all of them, Maddison and Charlie (Julie the lead singer and Luke the lead guitarist) wrote one song by themselves called perfect harmony and its also in the show, you should listen to it, it’s one of my favorites 😁👍

Original songs not written by the cast but genuinely performed by them. The three boys are in fact ghosts who can only be seen when they are performing with Julie. They are performing in front of the garage because Julies dad set up a party at their house and is using his photography/film skills to help her make a video to upload to give the band exposure.
The angry/mean girl is Carrie. She and Julie used to be friends but had some sort of falling out. She and the dude next to her broke up and she thinks he has a crush on Julie. Carrie also wants to be a famous singer and has a girl group but thinks Julie gets everything handed to her.
I’m sure this has been said already but here I go.. things to know...
All the actors play their own instruments. It’s a proper band that they have hopes of touring.
Music is written for the show. One of the songs Perfect Harmony is written by the two lead actors.
One of those actors Maddison Reyes who plays Julie is sixteen and this is her first project ever.
I’d recommend watching the show but if you want a clue on what it’s about react to Flying Solo.
The show is worth checking out. It starts off a bit cheesy (made for preteen/teens) but levels out and it’s very fun. Also nothing wrong with cheesy. The music is great.

The show is 9 episodes that are 30 minutes long. It goes so fast. You should definitely watch it. All the music is amazing!
