The main feature of this model of MB40-500 Hdpe blown film machine is its equipped with edge trim waste rewinder. With this cost-effective device, the inline edge trim waste from the Hdpe blown film machine will be sent directly back into the production line. The flakes will be crushed into flakes, and conveyed by the blower into the storage silo. Finally, the small screw will send the flakes back to extruder feeding hopper of Hdpe blown film machine.
Apart from edge trim waste rewinder, this model of MB40-500 Hdpe blown film machine is also installed with Auto loader, Corona surface treater, and an upgraded back to back double winder.
(1) The Auto loader is installed on the Hdpe blown film machine for loading the raw material automatically. The raw material will be conveyed into the hopper of Hdpe blown film machine automatically with loading capacity of 200kg/hr.
(2) Before the winder, there is a Corona surface treater set on the Hdpe blown film machine for treatment to printing film. The Corona surface treater is an optional device if you want to do printing on the film produced by Hdpe blown film machine.
(3) When the winder of Hdpe blown film machine is upgraded from single to back to back double winder, it is able to wind two film rolls with beautiful slit edge at the same time.
The small-size film produced by Hdpe blown film machine is extremely suitable for making a variety of bags, such as T-shirt bag, shopping bag, garbage bag, glove...etc.
