Electric Flames....this is gorgeous, stunning and breathtaking.... I feel like you can hang it on the wall snuggle up with your loved ones and feel the warmth as if it was a fireplace.
That is a “revelation” to this newbie painter ... your comment about tilting the canvas/the right amount of base paint. What a great tip to know Molly! I’m going to try that because I have so far been unsure of that aspect - I suspect I have been using too much base paint - sometimes my composition moves/changes more than I prefer. Thank you!! Molly I love the colors and the negative space along with the base colors. The composition is interesting. The middle is definitely beautiful. You amaze me with these huge canvases. It seems like you thoroughly enjoy pouring on huge canvases. You are now the Queen of huge canvas paintings!!!!!
As always, your color combinations are fabulous! I always love the center. Those little specs in the dark blue make me think of stars peeking out of a space scape. This painting is gorgeous. ❤
I'm going to be honest here. I didn't really like Dutch pours when I first discovered the technique after discovering fluid art. But you changed my mind about it. I think it's because you don't just keep the flows as they emerge from being blown out. You add little wisps here and there. It adds something. I can't wait to try my first one.
OMG! This so beautiful! Amazing as always. You & Olga Soby inspire me so much! I have done 1 pour so far & needless to say, I failed!! I was so nervous! I used a hairdryer & had paint all over...mostly off the canvas! I think it was a big bite for me, & I need to start with simpler Pours. There are so many different kinds of Acrylic Pour painting styles, that it is confusing because I want to do them all! Totally wrong I know. I'm curious to know what kind of Pour did you start with? Thank you so much Molly for sharing your knowledge. It is a joy to watch you work!

It's got a sort of planetary topo thing going that's impossible to look away from. That center has a space-feel that's just AMAZING! The blue and the white and the speckles....

You didnt blow on the grey side same way as black side
The grey part is weak
