This channel is great but it hasn't been growing too fast I remember a few years ago i was super interested in this channel and I just looked to see if he still uploaded and now he is almost at a million i was watching 200k
I took up marine biology when I was a kid. 🐠🐟🐟 I did not become a scientist. I became an artist & I made lots of art about sea creatures 👈🏼🐚 Thank you for sharing this lovely film. 🌛
The octopus is one of my favorite animals, they're so smart and always fun to see underwater if they're not being too shy. The videography in this video was amazing! I had no idea Molluscs were so complex.
I can’t say how much I love your videos! Your music choice makes these videos so much more enjoyable than others who choose to hype up the drama with ominous tones the entire time. I can relax, learn, enjoy these incredible creatures without my anxiety unnecessarily ramping up. Love it!
The photography too was superb..love love love everything about his character and work and again of his photography.l...I am always smilng and happy when I watch him.
Every time u upload me an my boy stop and find somewhere to sit down and watch my son loves all the little facts you talk about I'm amazed by the photography and adventures great job your definitely doing a great job buddy keep it up
My very first memory of seeing sea fish is when I was just a little kid on my father's lap. Our first TV had just come our home and when we started to watch it, what did we see? Guess what... Fish, fish and more fish in the sea. And that was a black and white TV, but I didn't care a bit. To me that scene was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen in my life. Nowadays I'm grateful for watching your channel, your videos is simply amazing. I just love it. It makes me feel very well. Thank you for your channel and your work. We can see that you do it with love. Adailton, from Brazil.
5:12 Wow, look at the colors on that Giant Clam, absolutely gorgeous! I had no idea they could be so brightly colored. I bet they're probably biofluorescent as well. I feel like the ones I've seen before were always a bit drab in color. That or I'm pretty sure I've seen some Giant Clams that were red in color. Either way, It's all so interesting. So Thank you as always, Jonathan for the fascinating video. Hope you and your family are having a great day. ☺️👍
When Jonathan talks about the cone snail: Intense music playing Me: Oh no...not this creature again! A few moments later.... "Peaceful music plays" Me: That's better.
These videos made the cuttlefish one of my favorite underwater creatures! I was able to see one in person last year on one of my dives and I'll never forget it! What an amazing world we live in!
Thx man! You are a hero. I try to unselfishly give to the world as well. I make metalbirdsculptures and place them in public places. Some ppl like them. One lady gave me ten bucks so I would not move the sculpture bcoz she likes looking at it on her way to work. Anyway great upload! Thx!!!

What species of Cetaceans have you seen in the wild Jonathan?
Tons of whales and dolphins. Humpbacks, Sperm whales, pilot whales, orcas (recently) etc.
Never seen orcas in the wild. When did you see them? Is there a Mako Shark episode?

I would like to more about the mollusk at 7:30. I like how the colors look like they are moving. Is this to confuse predators?
Yes, this is a particularly colorful cuttlefish. Watch this!
