Perhaps you know Lamb of God is another name for Lord Jesus. In his day, they sacrificed Lambs. He sacrificed his earthly body. He stood up for what he was teaching and wouldn't back down, so they killed him. By allowing the Romans and the Jews to kill his body, he showed complete confidence in his teachings. He didn't back down, he showed bravery, courage, faith, commitment and power. He wasn't afraid to die, he knew they were going to kill him and he walked straight into Jewresalem. He didn't back down, how incredibly powerful is that, my goodness. Its interesting that he is called Lamb of God because he sacrificed his own body. He didn't have to, he could have walked the other way, but he obeyed his Father in order for us to received the teachings. He gave everything he had, his whole entire Life. I believe that was to prove to us that the teachings he gave were 100% bona fide law. He knew it and gave his Life for it. They taught they killed him but all they killed was his body. What a Man, incredible, powerful, that's the root chakra all over, strong, masculine, powerful, brave, determined, skilled, dedicated, focused, passionate, brilliant, serious, magnificent, courageous. These are the masculine qualities, these we get from the root, the base. Incredibly powerful masculinity, strength and courage. I bow down to the Lord of all.
Crying is a good sign. Your blockage is being washed open. Remind yourself during the day to focus your attention to the area just below your feet and just above your ankles. Keep breathing and observe from inside to the outside :)
It is more beneficial to chant because the vibration your voice and body give to the root chakra. Listening is fine as well. For some, it's embarrassing at first to chant. But either way is fine.
Both, lum is the shorter version (they both are " lar" sound like like pronouncing "father" and you can put your tongue on the roof the mmm for increased vibration and meridian connection

I'm in the same boat. You may have pelvic floor dysfunction. The right stretches and maybe a bit of physical therapy can fix it.
