- After more than a year, can I still run the John Deere 844K front end loader? We find out as I take a lunch shift for our buddy Aaron. It’s kind of like riding a bicycle, I didnt do too bad! We have to try and keep the Astec KPI JCI sand washing plant full of sand to continue making C33 concrete sand, all while trying to load trucks at the same time. We utilize the Load-Rite scale system to accurately weigh out the material so that they carry the maximum amount allowed by D.O.T. I forgot how fun it was to operate heavy equipment, although it did make it stressful haven't been in the saddle for so long! Thanks to everyone at Full Circle Aggregates for doing everything they do to make our little business possible! Thanks to all of Y’all for watching and helping our RUclips channel to grow! #heavyequipment

Just got a 2023 John Deere 544P loader that came straight from Deere with a scale from factory. It's called SmartWeigh its a pretty slick setup integrated into the same display as the gauges.
That’s awesome! It sure is nice to have a integrated scale system
Just subscribed. If everyone had your work ethics the world would be a better place. Good luck and stay safe.

Thanks for this!
I can see that its a busy job and need to be quite skilfully at loading that bucket. I would like to see how busy it is at the entrance to the plant
It gets busy sometimes! That’s a great idea for maybe a Timelapse at the front gate, thanks for suggesting! I’ll try and do that one day soon
On busier days the guy that runs the wash plants loads around 65 trucks a day
Glad no damage from the hurricane. I am sure your employees appreciate you making sure they get their breaks and your customers appreciate you don't shut down for an lunch break.
We’re all one big family here, it makes life/work so much more enjoyable this way! Thanks for watching !!
Man those have changed clothes over the years
Lot different than when I started
Like modern day farming you basically have to be born into this industry or win the lottery first. That $700,000 loader is just one piece of the puzzle too. 75 years ago a young man could start a farm, gravel lot etc from scratch. Those days are gone. I suppose that’s progress as these big expensive loaders are much more efficient but they are a massive barrier to enter these industries.
They ain’t cheap! I started with my dads old komatsu wa 400
👏👏👏👏
Thanks for watching!
its nice that the only problem you had that day was the mike not working, great video👍👍👍👍👍
Yes it was 😂

More to come!
