(Instant Aam Panna)
~Serves 4~
Ingredients:
Raw Mango Chopped - ½ cup
Mango Ripe (chopped) - 1cup
Sugar - 2½ tbsp
Roasted Cumin - 2tsp
Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Black Salt - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Mint leaves - a handful
Ice cubes - few
Water - 1cup

I really appreciate the fact that chef completed the whole recipe in real 5 min including chopping. All other chefs cut all veggies and fruits in advance and show us the final recipe only.

I used to make it with kachcha Aam only. Idea of putting paka hua aam along with kachcha aam never came to my mind. Will definitely try it once I get mangoes. :)

Thanks chef, for the wonderful recipe. It is far better than the traditional one as one can avoid lots of sugar and I am sure it would taste far much better than the cooked raw mango.
