I think Tyson has already a video answering that. From what i understood (and also googled it to make sure), Opt In page is the page to get a lead that you can transform to a customer (through copywriting), a Landing Page is where you will get leads and the goal is to transform that lead into a customer right there (through acquired value). The Sales pages are to sell a product or maybe a paid subscription to a product or community. Hope you get more replies to confirm.
